凯瑟琳.詹金斯（Katherine Jenkins）1980年6月29日出生于英国威尔士，是一名备受赞誉的女次高音歌手。


她的第一张专辑 Premiere（初演主角）就使她成为到目前为止唱碟销售最畅快的女次高音歌手，最近她更成为首位在同年里连续两次登上销售排行榜第一名的英国女歌手。


同时凯瑟琳.詹金斯也成为了首位两度获得英国古典音乐颁奖典礼奖项的女古典音乐歌手。


詹金斯到目前为止已发布了4张销售排名第一的经典录音专辑，其专辑的特点是抒情曲、流行曲、赞颂诗和古典音乐的完美融合。


2005年曾在诺贝尔和平奖音乐会上献唱，2006年又踏上皇家阿尔伯特音乐厅的舞台，在英女皇面前高歌。
