There is no such thing in the sheet music (I have at least four versions of the notes). Obviously, she's playing this intentionally to emphasize the climax, or maybe she's found some special notes.
For example, Brendel and Gilbert play as usual - C Bekar. I wonder if the arbitrary change of alteration signs was characteristic of that era?! Hewitt is silent about this in his lectures. In any case, such a change sounds very unusual and unexpected.
